Please take a moment to share the results of the May Survey with your team members. We had 45 members respond to the survey questions.

The May Survey Questions were as follows:

1. Are you doing OCASN's on your team? 86.7% (39 respondents) said Yes and 13.3% (6 respondents) said "No"

2. Do you do a treatment plan separate from the OCAN for your clients? 53.3% (24 respondents) said "No" and 46.7% (21 respondents) said "Yes"

3. Do your clients sign their treatment plan? 55.6% (25 respondents) said "No" and 44.4% (20 respondents) said 'Yes"
